BLINK 182

All I can say is HOLY SHIT!!!! I finally got the chance to shoot Blink 182. Now I wont dispute the fact that these guys are in their prime anymore but they still have one hell of a live show and some hilarious banter. I love the fact that they have not really grown up at all over all these years despite going through some pretty shitty times. The new record is great it has gotten more then afew plays at home since it came out. Being able to watch Travis drum was definatly one of the hightlights of my summer! I know I know some naysayers may say he is all flash and they know better drummers but I really dont give a shit. This man can KILL IT on the drums! It was a great show and the photos are definatly going to get printed and more then afew will end up on my wall! Hope everyone enjoys!!!

RANCID

Rancid has been one of my favourite bands since I was 14 years old. I have seen them acouple times in venues such as the warped tour, or other large festivals so FINALLY being able to see them in a "smaller" type venue was amazing. This band being around for as long as they have been have not lost a beat! Tim Armstrong was a fireball of energy from the onset of the set. Matt Freeman was "slappn" da bass as only he can hands down one of the best bass players on the scene. Lars Fredrickson just well he was Lars and just killed it onstage. I really am at a loss of words its something you have to see in person to understand how great this band still is!

Against Me!

So this is FINALLY my posting from the Against Me! Rancid, Blink 182 show. Since I have approx 15-20 photos of each band I will post them all individually. I have seen AM many times and as usual they performed amazingly! It was weird however to see them in a arena setting rather then a smaller show setting. AM however did not fail to disappoint it was a short 20-30 min set which for a band like AM is just enough time to really warm up! I hope everyone enjoys the photos because this show was totally one of my 10 ten shows that I have shot in the past year!
